Every order is shipped via United Parcel Service Ground to the following states unless otherwise requested. Delivery is typically 1-2 days from date of order.

To ensure freshness, all other states will be shipped via United Parcel Service 2nd Day Air unless Next Day service is requested. If you order needs to be shipped to Alaska or Hawaii, shipping costs will be determined at the time of order. We will not ship on Fridays as the nature of our product requires certain temperatures and we cannot control the climate of a UPS warehouse when it sits over a weekend. There are no Monday deliveries. We want your chocolates to arrive as fresh as possible and in perfect condition. We cannot ship to APO/PO boxes. You will receive a UPS tracking number via e-mail so that you may track the whereabouts of your order.
We will not be responsible for any shipment left outside a house, office or apartment. We highly recommend that someone be at the physical address to receive this shipment or consider having it delivered to work. If UPS leaves it outside and/or takes it back to his truck or back to the UPS facility, which causes the chocolate to melt, we will not be responsible because no one was there to receive the order. Our carriers will not insure chocolate or perishable goods if your items are melted.

If your package was returned to us because you were left a notification and you failed to pick the package up or the package is marked unclaimed with the correct address or the package was delivered during a vacation period, we must apply shipping charges again if you want the package redirected to you or to another address. We will bill your credit card for the original amount of shipping again. If you refuse a package that you did indeed order, we do not offer refunds. Your package will be redirected to you at your expense.
Winter (Mid-October through Mid-April): Our standard method of shipping is UPS Ground Delivery. See list above.* All other states are shipped UPS 2 Day Air.
Warm Climate Areas and Summer (Early May through Mid-October): Cooler packs are mandatory during these months. Chocolates will be packed in cooler boxes with ice packs. We do not use dry ice. We only ship by this method Monday and Tuesday and Wednesday, (Wednesday is the last day for shipping this method so that the ice pack doesn't melt over the weekend). If the temperature is over 90 degrees, we will not ship chocolates.
Each order received by 12:00pm EST will be sent the same day. The delivery date will depend upon the shipping method available. Items shipped UPS Ground Service generally arrive 1 to 2 days after order is placed.
