HOW TO ORDER
Chocolate Dispatch
- Start at the Chocolate Dispatch Order Page.
This may be done from the “Products Page” or the “Products” Drop Down Menu on the top navigation bar.
You may also choose an event from the “Occasions Page” or the “Occasions” Drop Down Menu on the top navigation bar.
- Choose your chocolate “Milk” or “Dark”.
- Choose “Traditional” “Sugar-free”.
- Choose your box size.
- Choose your label style (if not previously chosen through the “Occasions” link.
- Choose one of our standard pre-formatted messages.
OR
Choose to create your own custom message.
If you’ve chosen to write a custom message you will be directed to our Dispatch Station.
- Once you click through the Dispatch doors, you may begin typing on your computer keyboard to directly
enter your message,
or use the on-screen typewriter by pointing and clicking each key with your mouse.
- The on-screen keyboard works just like a standard typewriter, with all the available shown letters, numbers,
punctuation, and special characters you see on the screen. The space bar adds in blank chocolate characters.
This can also be used to "erase" already-entered characters on the screen should you wish to
re-write or change your message. Special characters such as the "heart" or "flower"
can be selected by using your mouse to hit the key of the desired character.
- You can select individual chocolates to edit by either clicking/selecting them with your mouse, or using your
keyboard arrow keys or the on-screen typewriter arrow keys to move to the chocolate you wish to edit.
You can then type new characters as normal.
- If you need more room, simply “hit” the “jump to our next size” button
to jump up to the next box size.
- When your message is complete, simply add it to your cart.
- Choose your recipient (Add name if necessary).
- Choose your shipping method.
MULTIPLE SHIP-TO
Once you have placed an order, you may send an exact duplicate to as many recipients you like,
simply click the “Send this to someone else” button that appears next to your order
If you are a new customer, you will be asked to enter recipients name.
.
If you are an existing customer, and have sent a Chocolate Dispatch to someone before, this information
will be contained in your “Address Book”.
Every time you enter a recipient and their address, this information will be maintained for future purchases
in your “Address Book”.
